The "divorcee" seller posts a classified ad of items that he or she has for sale. The seller can sell a single item or multiple items; keep in mind, pictures and details about your items always help in the selling process.
A potential buyer visits your ad and decides to contact you through our safe and secured email system. The potential buyer is very interested in your item that you have for sale and decides to make you an offer.
The seller declines/accepts the offer and then counter offers and negotiates a price/ or agrees to the price with the potential buyer. Contact information, payment, shipping information between the divorcee and buyer are then exchange "check, cash, paypal, phone number, location and any other geographical information."

These 4 easy steps also apply to estate sale companies and realtors. Except for the payment process, we also give you the option to supply your customers with your name, company name, work telephone number and location of your business.
SELLERS:
The divorcee “Sellers” will register on our secure server with required information
for our administration purposes. Once register, a confirmation email is sent
to you with your personal activation code. Since some email systems use filters
to distinguish between trusted email and spam, we suggest adding webmaster@mydivorcesales.com as a trusted contact. Once activated, you are ready to start posting items for sale that you want to divorce. Just find the category that you want to place your item, and fill out the information about your item and remember pictures and detail descriptions helps sell unwanted items faster. You also have the option to make an item as featured, bold, highlighted or enhanced your selling package for a small fee. Remember to check your spam mail if you do not see a confirmation email in your inbox.

BUYERS:
Potential buyers will have the ability to browse our classifieds as a guest. If the buyer wishes to contact the seller or join our community he or she will be required to register to start contacting the seller for the item or items that are posted for sale. It is up to the seller and buyer to agree upon a price, exchange contact information, directions, payment and shipping cost if required. Just like if you were to buy something from your local paper classfieds ads.
