Potential Buyers (Guest) can browse MyDivorceSales.com and remain anonymous; any private information about you is not reveled to our servers.

Once you sign up either as a seller, buyer, and forum user or here to write your own blogs gives us the authority to your private information then which is transferred and saved onto our servers located in the United States of America. The laws on holding personal data in the United States may differ from the Canadian, United Kingdom, and Australian laws. We will hold and transmit your information in a safe, confidential and secure environment.

Your personal identifiable information that you provide to MyDivorceSales.com when signing up will not be sold or shared with any outside sources without your permission.

If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.

If you change your password and email we keep track of your old password and email. Upon your written request, we will suspend your membership, contact information, and any other personal information from our active databases. Such information will be suspended as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our suspension policy and applicable law. To remove your profile so that others cannot view it, contact us and in the title type Remove Profile. Upon removing your profile the same email that you registered with must be used.

We will retain in our files information you have requested to remove for certain circumstances, such as to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our terms and conditions. Further, such prior information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored 'back up' systems. Therefore, you should not expect that all of your personally identifiable information will be completely removed from our databases in response to your requests.

Control of Your Password:
You are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password, including fees. Arbitration:

Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or our services, shall be settled solely by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of American Arbitration Association (AAA). Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Michigan, U.S.A. and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or MyDivorceSales.com LLC may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Michigan, U.S.A. necessary to protect the rights or property of you and us pending the completion of arbitration.

Consent to Jurisdiction and Forum Selection:
The parties hereto agree that all actions or proceedings arising in connection with MyDivorceSales.com LLC and this Agreement shall be tried and litigated exclusively in the State and Federal courts located in the State of Michigan, U.S.A.. The aforementioned choice of venue is intended by the parties to be mandatory and not permissive in nature, thereby precluding the possibility of litigation between the parties with respect to or arising out of MyDivorceSales.com LLC and this Agreement in any jurisdiction other than that specified in this paragraph. Each party hereby waives any right it may have to assert the doctrine of forum non convenience or similar doctrine or to object to venue with respect to any proceeding brought in accordance with this paragraph, and stipulates that the State and Federal courts located in the State of Michigan, U.S.A shall have in personam jurisdiction and venue over each of them for the purpose of litigating any dispute, controversy, or proceeding arising out of or related to
MyDivorceSales.com LLC and this Agreement. Each party hereby authorizes and accepts service of process sufficient for personal jurisdiction in any action against it as contemplated by this paragraph by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to its address for the giving of notices as set forth in this Agreement. Headings are for reference purposes only and it does not define, limit, interpret, or describe the scope or extent of such section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
